We see you, and we hear you. Shipping costs to get a Plum Puzzle to your door are not cheap, and we know that's frustrating when all you want is to get a puzzle on the table.
We're a small, Australian-based business, and right now our puzzles travel from us to you the long way. We're actively working on ways to change that, including options that would get puzzles to you faster and cheaper without the long trip via Australia first. It's not sorted yet, but it's genuinely something we're working on, not just something we're saying.
In the meantime, thank you for sticking with us and for wanting to be a Puzzler even when the shipping isn't making it easy. We're building this brand for puzzlers everywhere, not just puzzlers in Australia, and we won't stop until it's easier and more affordable for you to join in.
