Welcome to Plum Puzzles, operated by People Like Us Media (ABN 23 214 054 308), Australia ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of plumpuzzles.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Plum Puzzles sells premium jigsaw puzzles and related products, shipped from Australia. Our registered business name is People Like Us Media.

2. Using Our Site

You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to make a purchase on our Site. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order, and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our puzzles and pricing accurately. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, and to limit order quantities, at our discretion.

Product images are for illustration; slight variations in colour or packaging may occur.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability). Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or our other listed payment providers at the time of order.

5. Shipping

We ship from Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our shipping information at checkout for current rates and timeframes.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refunds process is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including puzzle designs, artwork, the Coollage Coolection and related collections, photography, logos, and text, is owned by or licensed to People Like Us Media and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our written permission.

8. Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit these rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the relevant order, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (e.g. carrier delays).

10. Third-Party Services

Our Site uses third-party services, including Shopify (platform hosting), payment processors, and shipping carriers. Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
